Unlike private equity firms or strategic acquirers, Danville Capital seeks to acquire a single business, which it will subsequently manage full-time with the objective of hitting long-term growth targets. Such an approach offers several benefits to the seller:

We will work with the seller to create a custom deal structure that addresses the needs of the seller, the company, and our investors. We understand the legal and tax implications of selling a business, and we aim to construct an agreement that addresses those needs.



Long-Term Focus
Danville Capital values organic growth, long-term stability, and company ethos. We focus on growth through market alignment, steady execution, and investment in the company’s most important resources, including its people.



Smooth Transition
Danville Capital will work with the seller to orchestrate a fluid handover. Given the long-term focus of our investment strategy, the level of the seller’s post-sale involvement is flexible and may involve a seat on the board of directors or an external advisory position.
